Horror Encyclopedia is owned and operated by Christina Escamilla Publishing, a Texas DBA. Horror Encyclopedia is part of the same business ecosystem as Christina Escamilla Publishing, and related creative projects, publications, and online properties.

8. Use of AI and Creative Assistance
Horror Encyclopedia may use artificial intelligence tools in a limited and specific capacity.
AI-generated images may appear in a small number of blog cover images when an appropriate original, licensed, public domain, Creative Commons, or permission-based image is not available. AI tools may also be used for limited creative assistance, drafting support, editing support, organizational support, or image generation where disclosed or appropriate.
All written content, creative direction, editorial judgment, site structure, publishing decisions, and final materials are reviewed, directed, approved, or created by Christina Escamilla Publishing and its team.
Horror Encyclopedia does not grant permission for visitors, companies, platforms, bots, crawlers, or third parties to use Site content for AI training, machine learning datasets, model development, automated content generation, scraping, or similar purposes.

At this time, Horror Encyclopedia is strictly informational and does not sell products, memberships, subscriptions, courses, downloads, or premium resources directly through the Site.
If paid products, memberships, downloads, subscriptions, or premium resources are added in the future, additional payment terms, refund policies, cancellation rules, and access terms may apply.
